About Laura

I am a web designer with over twenty years of experience. In recent years, I have also studied online marketing and social media.

My strength lies in translating complex information into clear, user-friendly and attractive designs. For me, designs are never a purely personal vision, but always the result of a careful collaborative process in which everyone involved can recognize themselves.

During my career I have worked with advertising and internet agencies for major brands such as the Concertgebouw, Schiphol and Achmea, but also for smaller organizations and companies, including Musicians without Borders, Childcare De Geheime Tuin and Grimm Audio.

Background

I graduated from the Utrecht Art Academy in 2000. My first job was to design websites and print for RTL and the Public Broadcasting Channel. I have been an independent designer since 2003. I worked for many different clients, sometimes in collaboration with programmers, photographers and editors.

I have a passion for personal development and meditation, was trained as a Bodywork trainer at Venwoude, as a Oneness trainer in India and attended many training courses and retreats in the Netherlands and India.
